The UFO Evidence

Compiled by the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena, this was the first attempt to present UFO sightings as an organized evidentiary case file — hundreds of reports with witness backgrounds, radar corroboration, and physical trace data — aimed squarely at Congress and the scientific establishment.
