Incident at Exeter
Fuller personally investigated a wave of radar-visual and pilot-witnessed sightings around Exeter, New Hampshire in fall 1965, interviewing dozens of witnesses including police officers, and claimed to see a UFO himself during the reporting. It is one of the best-documented small-town flaps of the pre-abduction era.
