I was sitting on my back deck and noticed an object moving eradically across the sky> I then saw a second object intersecting the path

4 oval lights going in a fast circular path in the clouds above my house. ((NUFORC Note: Probably advertising lights, rotating. PD))

On my way home I saw this flashing light which soon was showing different colors.
